Phuong is that kind of nurse who is an angel of the unit. We work on such a busy unit, and she is always so pleasant and helpful to both the patients and the staff. She is always willing to work and help out with a smile on her face. The patients all love her and this is shown by them requesting her always to be their nurse again. Just the other night, she let a mother sleep while she held an irritable baby in her arms during her own break time so that the mother could have a longer resting period. There are actually too many wonderful examples of how Phuong is an incredibly caring and competent nurse.
