She exceedingly surpassed the general definition of a nurse with her caring, compassionate and empathetic nature. On my first night of being admitted I had the worst panic attack of my life as I am a retired combat veteran with complex PTSD. She immediately called the on-call doctor, went through breathing techniques, comforted me offered an ear, and sat with me to ensure my fear was relieved. She was vigilant throughout her shift checking on me constantly. This young lady is very deserving of this award. Thank you!
