Phylicia is a favorite nurse among the patients in Short Stay. She has been nominated for the extraordinary care she gives. Phylicia is very welcoming, courteous, thorough, and pleasant. She is also very helpful in explaining to the patients about their plan of care and what to expect.
One patient's spouse thanked Phylicia for her help in taking extra care to advocate for the patient when there were many other health issues going on. The patient was very ill and Phylicia was so kind and helpful, making them both feel at home.
