Phyllis Anderson, RN

Phyllis Anderson has been a consistent professional in the ICU. I have worked with her for many years, and when I say she is a consistent professional, she never wavers in her actions. Miss Anderson is calm and even in the highest of emergency situations. For example, a patient of Miss Anderson was verbally abusive towards me and was on the brink of being physical, even trying to get out of bed to attack me. My mind went blank as to what the emergency number was for combative patients, and Miss Anderson went in there, closed the curtain, and the patient cursed for about another minute, and next thing you know, he calmed down. You never heard Miss Anderson, as her calm and professional demeanor played an important part. Miss Anderson is also very skilled in her craft of nursing, as no matter what the situation, she knows what it is and can get it done. It is always a sign of relief if ever in a code blue and Miss Anderson is working. Phyllis Anderson is a stellar ICU RN.
