Phyllis had a patient going to surgery who was scared to death. She did an amazing job at explaining the procedure. The patient remained very calm afterwards and during the post operative period. The patient thanked Phyllis over and over for being so kind. She always goes above and beyond her call of duty to take the best care of her patients.
