Phyllis goes above and beyond for her patients and families. She is the hands-on nurse, that, no matter how busy she is, always has a smile on her face and ensures patients are smiling with her. She is always looking for ways to learn more and get the most knowledge out of the ones around her. If she doesn't know an answer, she is not one to give up, she's the one that will find the answer no matter how challenging.
