Our anxieties were high walking [into a] hospital to give birth to our second child. Phyllis was AMAZING. Our entire Valley View Hospital labor delivery experience was night and day better than our first. Phyllis was attentive, caring, relatable, comforting, and knowledgeable. We, unfortunately, got readmitted 36 hours later after discharge for jaundice levels; Phyllis was by our side every step of the way for our second stay as well. My husband was unable to join me for the bulk of our readmittance due to caring for our first child. Phyllis was such a pillar of support to me as I was recovering from my C-section whilst trying to care for my baby as my other kiddo and husband were at home. Words do not express the extent of thankfulness we have for Phyllis. If we could adopt her as our kiddos' local grandparent we would. She is a kind soul and a true gem.
