Phyllis Fricks, RN

During a particularly difficult delivery when we encountered an unexpected shoulder dystocia. Phyllis jumped right in to assist with McRoberts maneuver and suprapubic pressure while we waited for another L&D nurse to arrive. Even though she was attending the delivery as a NAN, she did not hesitate to follow my directions and instructions to achieve a good outcome for both mom and baby. She always has a cheerful disposition and a servant’s heart. I am very grateful to have her on our team.
