Phyllis Waddell is an amazing leader! During the high census… 85 NICU babies, she worked in staffing taking an assignment as well as working night shift to ensure the team felt supported. She met with Supply Chain leaders and EVS leadership to follow up when her team voiced concerns about not having adequate supplies as well as to address the cleanliness concerns raised by her team members. Phyllis is highly regarded by her team and the team is very vocal in expressing their love for her as senior leaders round on the unit.
