Phyllis L Dalton, RN

During my time there, I was attended to by Phyllis. She took care of my every need in a professional yet personable manner. She answered all my questions, always knocked before opening the door to my room, and gave me 100% of her attention. Phyllis convinced me that she was knowledgeable about her job, and I felt that I was receiving the best care that I could get. She deserves to be recognized with the DAISY Award for her outstanding service. Upon discharge, Phyllis walked me outside the entrance and bid me farewell. Although I was glad to be going home, I felt a little sad to be leaving my new friend!
