Phyllis is the ultimate professional. She was calm, caring, and quick to take care of M's needs. She was willing to advocate for appropriate treatment options with the Medical Staff in order to assist in M's last hours with us. Phyllis has first-hand knowledge of grieving and end of life. She recently cared for her father on hospice. I believe her compassion was very evident to each of M's family members. Phyllis is an asset to HMH. She also allowed the family to be present during this difficult time.
