I have just gotten home from being a patient at Emory University Hospital. I was so blessed to have had Phyliss Lowery as my nurse for the last three days of my stay. I cannot even begin to tell you how much she went above and beyond each day in caring for me. I have been hospitalized many, many times in my life and I have never received care as great as what Phyliss provided. She is truly the very best RN I ever had in my life. She is also an expert in customer service as well.

In healthcare settings very little is discussed regarding customer satisfaction. It is extremely important as a patient can receive care at any number of places but customer satisfaction drives sales. I was shocked when I found out that Phyliss never received a DAISY Award. How can someone who offers the best care have never received this coveted award? There is no one more deserving of this award than Phyliss Lowery. Please don’t allow her to be overlooked again! Phyliss is a great asset to your health system. She is so good that she could train onboarding nurses and other staff about how to provide great service! Her care excelled above any other care I received at any other hospital. I am so grateful and blessed to have had her as my nurse. Her skill is well above other RN’s and her heart is exceptional. When I think of Emory, I will think of Phyliss Lowery. A true hero in my opinion! Thank you!
