Phyllis Martin has been a leader to new Employees over the years. She is always eager to lend a helping hand to the patients and her coworkers. Her knowledge is very valuable. The examples of Phyllis going above any expectations are vast for both her coworkers and patients. She makes herself available not only for orthopedic patients but for every patient or situation where a question or need for help arises. I have taken care of many patients over the years who have commented that Phyllis is so sweet and caring. She is a true representation of our mission and what a nurse should be.
