Phyllis has worked at Mercy for over 45 years and has made a big impact. Even on nights when she is not working, you will often hear her name mentioned. For some people this may be a bad thing, but it's always something positive in regards to her. Phyllis is an expert clinician, dedicated nurse, supportive co-worker, teacher, mentor, and friend.
