Phyllis has been extraordinary towards my grandpa, helping him with everything he needs. Even great towards my family when we come in, asking if we need anything. My grandpa doesn't speak English and she has been learning some Bosnian to better communicate with him. I appreciate her so much!! She has made my grandpa's stay a really easy and helpful one.
