Patients say that Pieper Coan is amazing! One new mother said she would have five more babies if she knew Pieper would be her labor and delivery nurse.
Another new mom who had been admitted early in her pregnancy due to issues with the baby said that Pieper treated them as a family member, the husband and wife said that when she entered their room it was like their sister was arriving. She took great care of them and also explained everything in detail regarding the sudden c-section that the mom would have to do. She kept the parents calm asking them about what name they had picked for their son and what the theme of his room was, which was aviation. The family had their son when Pieper was not on duty, but she came in early for her shift before the mom and baby were released just to visit them and gave them a picture that she had drawn of an airplane with their son's name on it as a gift. They have it hanging in their son's nursery and are so amazed with their wonderful experience with Pieper.
