Ping Boggess, BSN, RN, CLC

After the delivery of our son Kingston, we moved rooms, and soon after our nurse Ping came in and introduced herself and made us feel comfortable. Her personality is absolutely amazing! She has an amazing sense of humor with the most professionalism I have seen here. She felt like family already within the first few visits to our room.

Ping was always here for us if we had any questions about Kingston or Mamma. With me being a first-time parent (Dad), knowing I could ask her anything, she had an answer, and if not, she would get the answer ASAP. That made me feel that we were in good hands throughout our stay here.

The way she would handle baby Kingston was like her own and I personally feel very safe when she is around. Ping is an outstanding nurse and has so much compassion for her job and the people she helps every day. Even though our stay wasn't very long, our family has bonded with nurse Ping very well and are sad to have to leave. She made us feel very welcomed and very important here. When her shift was over, we were sad to see her go but when she arrived in the morning, she greeted us with a smile that could be seen through her mask and we knew we were going to have a great day. Thank you nurse Ping for your selfless actions for our family, we will take about these memories to everyone forever. Thank you so much.
