I'd gladly walk ten laps backwards around the ward for you any day of the week. When I am out strolling around the ward, passing the Nurses station, I observed your easy going manner with the people around the unit. Although you knew you were you are in charge, you never came across as bossy. I noticed you and I thanked God. I spent my week with a large group of outstanding people that literally gave me back my life, and a person who makes it all work.
