PIP had an admitted 14 y/o male with Autism. Due to circumstances that brought him in, the patient was upset that he was going to miss Halloween and even asked if staff could ask his mother to bring his costume into PIP. He believed this would be the last year he would be able to trick-or-treat. The team decided they were going to have the patient trick-or-treat at the nurses' station. Diana made a bag for him to use and brought candy and stress balls from the Bridge clinic to give to the patient. Other team members provided him with Halloween treats and decorative glasses. The team did an amazing job delivering exceptional hospitality to this patient!
