Piper has been a nurse with Saint Luke's South Hospital since 2019. Piper was nominated by a colleague who appreciates how quickly Piper offers to assist her fellow staff or lend a hand in meeting challenges. She is noted to "show how big her heart is and how much she truly loves being a nurse". She has an upbeat and positive attitude and her kindness to others is often noted.
