We met Polly on our 1st day here and on all the other occasions. She has been our nurse. I am so comforted and grateful. She is "special" and the many adjectives one could use to praise her are inadequate! Her compassion, kindness, calm and quiet manner add to her high standard of professionalism which make the complete package. We have in the last 5 months been in 3 other hospitals and are now here. Polly by far the best of the 3 hospitals many nurses and levels of care. Polly is an outstanding credit to the hospital and the nursing profession. It is not only for her ability as a "nurse"; these skills can be taught. It is the heart, care and compassion and understanding that make her an outstanding person.
