I brought my mom for an EGD and she was very nervous as her last experience was painful. It took 5 times to get an IV in. Polly made it a priority to put mom's nerves at ease. She numbed and got the IV in the first stick. My mom was so relieved and happy she got teary-eyed. Her worst fear was having the IV drama she had before. It's the little things like this that makes my mom happy.
Polly was so patient and was very understanding of mom's concerns. Thank you, Polly, for being such a caring nurse!
