This was quite a stressful experience for me - scary! Pooja was cheerful and upbeat and quelled a lot of my anxieties. She was compassionate and anticipated a lot of my needs and questions. Communicating with Dr. Y when appropriate. My son, who is a pediatrician in Seattle, was very concerned about me, and she facilitated contact with Dr. Y so that he was able to talk with him directly before he decided to come east for the weekend. She communicated what she was going to do before she did it and showed me the lay of the land, i.e., how to order meals, what she recommends, etc. She was very kind and friendly to all of my family, my husband who was here during the day, and my son when he arrived. She was an excellent nurse. I can tell she cares about her work and tries to do her best at all times. She collaborated with the medical professionals and my family! She is awesome!
