There is not just one situation, Sharma superseded our expectations well beyond every time she entered our room. She only has a positive attitude all the time. When she was needed, she couldn't do enough. She humored my husband (who is a handful) and made him happy. She would make a happy face on the daily board. We live not too far away and were somewhat uneasy about coming to Saint Joe's. I have to say she changed our minds about coming here in the future. This girl deserves the DAISY Award. We would return.
