During my stay, Poonam recognized my stress and frustrations. Both nights, I was lucky enough to have Poonam as a nurse. Poonam treated me like an MVP. She helped me clean my area when I was overwhelmed and held my hand when I cried. One of the biggest things Poonam did for me in one of the worst times of my life was to show me respect. It was much needed for this particular stay, and she gave it to me automatically, and Poonam gave me popsicles when I cried.
