Coming to the hospital under the circumstances of the unknown with my husband's condition, Prasanth's joyful spirit turned everything around. He brought humor and light to the room along with absolute compassion for my husband's needs. He made sure my husband's pain was at bay while making sure he didn't take too much. The connection he made with us, made us feel welcomed and at ease. He was taking care of my husband as if he was his own family member. He took the time to get to know us and did not make us feel like a number, but an actual person. So grateful for him. He made the whole situation more enjoyable.
