Precious has taken responsibility for introducing medication safety initiatives on her ward.
Precious demonstrates a positive attitude and demonstrates professionalism in the work environment. One of the core Trust Values is Responsibility and Precious is a medication safety champion. I remember her always with a smile and being polite. Recently, she has taken responsibility for introducing medication safety initiatives on her ward including a colour-coded system for keys, drug trollies, and drug cabins. This has helped to educate all staff immensely.
