During difficult times, the family was really grateful for Ms. Preeya’s compassion.
Through the 14 days of the patient’s admission to the ICU, the patient’s family members witnessed the utmost care provided to the patient by the multidisciplinary team, especially by Ms. Preeya. The family noticed that Ms. Preeya was working to the best of her capacity. She built good relationships with the family by welcoming and attentive to every family’s needs. Ms. Preeya advised the family to hold the patient’s hands. Although the patient was critically ill and unconscious, he could feel the greatest comfort from his family. During difficult times, the family was really grateful for Ms. Preeya’s compassion. The family brought a large fruit basket with a thank you card written: “For nurse Preeya, thank you for taking the best possible care of Papa.” The family would also like to thank all the staff involved for providing such professional and impressive care to the patient.
