My mom has been in the ICU twice this year and both times we were blessed with the care of your wonderful ICU nurses. One nurse stands out to her and it was Prem. She is beyond extraordinary. Prem treats her patients and their families like they are her own. Even though my mom was a very difficult patient, Nurse Prem took it all in stride. Prem was so amazing and loving and caring while telling my mom she was doing ok. She also made sure my mom had the best care while keeping her clean and comfortable. Prem also cared for my family members making sure we were okay. She also took the time to make sure I understood everything about my mom's treatment. She truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected from her. We are truly grateful she was my mom's nurse.
