Preness is looked at as a role model and advocate for the community. She has impeccable teamwork skills and is able to communicate procatively with physicians and other team members. Her number one focus is to meet the needs of the patients and identify key resources to help them recieve the care they deserve. Preness is a veteran and lives by the philosopy of helping others and giving back. She is involved in many community service initiatives, with the most recent by participating in the production of a play for and by students with hearing disabilities. Preness leads by example and is a reminder to others that small achievements do make a huge difference.
