Pretzel provided superior service and follow-up. She was a diligent, hard worker who never missed following up. On every visit, she would thoroughly clean my room, table, and commode and left making me feel better. She was easily the hardest working nurse, explained meds, and never left a stone unturned. I was completely satisfied with her helpfulness which is why I am nominating Pretzel for the prestigious DAISY Award. She deserves it and should be commended for her efforts!
