from a patient - I was having an especially difficult night. Prexy recognized something was wrong and gently invited me to tell her. I explained what was troubling me. Even though she was busy, she gave me the impression through a rather long story my concerns were important. She subsequently related my story to the charge nurse and between the two of them were able to help me get through the night. A little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way toward patient satisfaction. Prexy went the extra mile.
