Princess has always been compassionate. I have been a patient here since 2017 and Princess always reassures me. It is not merely one situation. She has been very kind, particularly when I had to undergo/complete uroflow analysis. She did the uroflow procedure and reassured me which I needed. Having a full bladder is very painful for me. Both she and the doctor underwent numerous attempts to secure approval for my procedure (Cystoscopy) with bladder hydrodistension in August 2018. I also had to undergo an ultrasound of my bladder last week in order to get approval, a full bladder was required for the procedure which causes me pain and distress (required by ADNIC in order to attain approval for cystoscopy). I actually went to urology before my ultrasound appointment and asked reception if there was any chance I could speak to Princess even though I did not have an appointment. She immediately came and spoke to me and calmed me down. This enabled me to undergo the ultrasound as I actually felt like canceling due to the pain a full bladder causes me. She completed the uroflow procedure for me. Princess also always keeps me abreast of the process in order to secure the procedure.
