Prisca Onwenu, RN

My daughter, M, was admitted to the ICU after undergoing a brain procedure. It was a trying moment for the family but more so for my daughter. Fortunately, we met Prisca in the ICU who was M’s nurse. Prisca took a looking after my daughter with a “mother’s” heart. She was quick to notice that M lost her strength on her right side and swiftly acted on that which provided intervention for that condition. She was attentive and encouraged my daughter to be active. She went on to be our advocate and bent over backward to deliver service. She established high levels of professionalism and helped me and the family members (brother) exceptionally well. She made our hospital environment “warm”. She was an excellent liaison person between us and senior medical personnel.
