It was my first day at the VA after a procedure for observation when I encountered an extremely conscientious nurse, Ms. Cuevas. She was thorough with her assessment of me and my needs. She went out of her way to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

Her professionalism was impressive and she was knowledgeable of the tasks at hand. I've never experienced having a nurse that spent this much time with me making sure that her assessment was thorough and completed. She made my stay that much more comfortable and pleasant and if I was to be admitted again, I hope to have her as my nurse or someone as pleasant and professional as she was.
