We have all benefited from her transformational nursing style, primarily focused on encouraging staff members and patients to do their very best work by way of example. Priscilla demonstrates a natural ability to touch people's hearts by encouraging, reassuring, and caring for all who embrace her presence. It's amazing to witness the high level of respect and warmth she receives from staff as they greet her with cheek kisses whenever they see her, and if you don't greet her, she'll let you know!
