Priscilla came fresh into my husband's situation. He has been in the hospital for six weeks, had several procedures, developed delusion, and was very combative. We were working hard to get him on the correct medication regime to help him sleep and reduce his pain, but we couldn't figure out why nothing was working to help him. Priscilla quickly assessed him and made the determination that his IVs were leaking and making it difficult to give medicine. Working with the doctors, she arranged to have them moved to a better location, helping to make him more comfortable and easier to give meds quickly. She was very kind to him, and you could tell that he trusted her and even kissed her hand. She made sure he received his medicine on time so he was able to calm down and finally get much-needed rest. Because she took the time to listen and check on him, this care tremendously helped him improve. Thank you, Priscilla!

My stay here was so great. Even though I didn’t want to be here, I received the best care from Priscilla. I thoroughly enjoyed every step of my healing process. I felt very comfortable and important as a patient. Although I was taken great care of by my nurse, I hope I don’t have to come back. The staff here at Kaiser has been very good to me.
