Priscilla Kyle, MSNEd, RN, CMSRN

Priscilla is one of the most dedicated and influential leaders here at NGHS. She knows everything about everything. When she is uncertain about something, she has a multitude of resources at her fingertips. Despite going to school and managing several educators, she has never wavered from being a professional or a positive force. She approaches every conflict with grace and mercy. She inspires her team to do great things, from presenting at conferences, getting certified, and continuing school. She inspires me to perform at my best because I want to make her proud. She values each of us and wants what's best for our department. She is always reinforcing and ensuring that we have a work-life balance, even though we have to remind her to do the same. She is the perfect picture of what a true leader is. Thank you, PK, for being you and for all that you do for our work family.
