It is difficult to describe a specific situation because I feel Prisilla is just an amazing nurse in general. My special needs uncle was her patient. Every time Prisilla entered the room she had a smile on her face. She explained everything that she was doing and always made both patient and family feel comfortable. I can't think of so many adjectives to describe her but some are professional, friendly, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable - she is just the epitome of a fantastic nurse. I feel that my uncle was very fortunate to have her as his nurse but I also feel fortunate because my family and I knew he was in fantastic hands. I was very impressed by Prisilla.
