Ms. Priya is a source of comfort and strength. She cares for the patient with empathy and kindness. When she was doing my cannula, my veins were extremely narrow, and the procedure has always been painful. But she approached me with such patience and expertise that I felt no fear. She reassured me and performed the procedure. She is very compassionate and puts herself in the place of the patients and truly cares for them.
