Having a micropreemie is one of the hardest situations I have faced in my life. Walking into the NICU every day is one of the most draining experiences. However, there were always three nurses who made such a difficult time feel like a breeze.

Isabella always had a smile on her face and made me feel at such peace as soon as I walked through those doors. During my baby’s last few weeks, when the only thing stopping her from coming home was eating, Isabella made sure to be there every single shift, cheering her on, giving her a little extra time, and trying whatever she could to encourage my baby to eat her bottle. That type of commitment never goes unnoticed. She was committed to making sure my baby got home, and she truly showed it every single shift.

She also advocated for me when there was an issue and assured me that whatever was bothering me was never a problem and that I was my baby’s biggest advocate. She was a ray of sunshine with the sweetest personality—a super happy nurse whom you just loved right away.

Remirose was also one of the three primary nurses, and the care she provided was exceptional. She always addressed any concerns I had. She was on the more serious side, but I always felt very welcomed whenever I came in. She ensured that I always ate, whether that meant encouraging me to take a break or ordering me a meal from the hospital.

The updates I received from her while I was at home were the best. They kept in touch with me every single shift and were always there to motivate both me and my baby. Remirose has such a calm personality that you just feel at peace, even during the most challenging times.

Thank you for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
