As a very recent patient, it is my sincere pleasure to nominate Quan for this DAISY Award! First, a little about my experiences concerning medical care. I am 78 years "young." During my life, I have been admitted to several hospitals, both local and out of state, for care. While these other hospitals and staff "seemed" to attend to my needs, there is no comparison to the care I received here at Ascension Elmbrook Hospital. I would need 10 or more of these forms to be able to fill the lines of the great care that I received here.

Quan's professionalism, patience, and compassion stood out each time he visited with me in my room while attending to my medical recovery. He is sincere, and very caring! He is a very good listener! The Spirit of his personality is such a strong part of healing. Quan is a nurse who really cares about those who need not only medical care and services but also the ability to "lift up your spirits" with his kind and friendly personality. He is always more than willing to reach out and help patients to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally, and he always has good answers for any of my questions. All of the doctors and staff were excellent, but Quan takes the top spot for me. Quan's knowledge, combined with the ability to communicate for clear understanding, was just what I needed to know that I was truly on the road to recovery! Any Medical Group would surely benefit from having Quan on its staff! The Best!!
