Thang is an excellent nurse. He stood out to me for his communication skills and genuine compassion for my family. He checked in on us and consoled us when we got very bad news. My family appreciates him, and we will never forget his kindness.

He’s very kind and always explains everything carefully to me. He has taken care of me when I first started to get sick a few years ago, and even until now, when I’m feeling better, he’s still as caring and compassionate as the first day. Wishing Kaiser had more nurses like him.
