Ms. Brost serves our surgical population and acts as a preceptor for nurses and students. She has been frequently recognized with compliments by both patients and staff for her compassion, knowledge, and willingness to exceed expectations. She serves on numerous nursing committees to support staff engagement. Her leadership on her unit improves patient outcomes and has built a culture of excellence on this unit.
