Quiana McClendon, RN

Quiana floated over to us on Ortho recently. I cannot speak highly enough in praise of Quiana. She provides phenomenal care to her patients. She is a team player and jumps in when she sees another RN struggling without anyone asking. A nurse she was working with on the same team had blood transfusions to give to two separate patients. She jumped in and helped start the blood transfusion for one of the two patients without him even asking. I think this speaks volumes about her character!! She is so kind and considerate of others. Quiana also has excellent clinical judgement, and I feel like I can trust her to care for complex patients. Every time she works with us, she performs highly. It is such a pleasure to work with her!
