After my dad had a stroke, I flew into Wichita from DC to be with him in ICU. The first person I met outside his room was his amazingly kind and calm nurse who took the time to greet me and explain my dad's condition. Literally any time Dad or I needed anything, Quincy was on top of it in a most cheerful and professional way. I especially appreciated the time he took to make sure the family knew what was going on. Once Dad's heart doctor was describing a new medication plan and I was taking notes to update the rest of the family who could not be in the room. I couldn't quite follow and asked the doctor to spell it. The doctor didn't hear me, but Quincy did. He literally spelled it out for me and always made sure I had all the information I needed and never made me feel dumb or like I was bothering him with my many questions. And we all enjoyed his light-hearted jokes!! Thank you, Quincy!!
