Quincy was very pleasant during the first visit of their shift. I also noticed he was training a new nurse, and the way he was conducting his training was very professional, but most of all, he explained why they were doing what they were doing. Later that day I had a friend visiting me and we wanted to play cards but did not have any. I mentioned it to Quincy, and the next thing I knew, Quincy had gone out to his truck and brought me back a deck of cards. I cannot tell you how much that brightened my day. I so appreciate the nurse that he is.
