Quynh is the epitome of a team player. She is not only the current Care Manager for PACT 7, but she is also the RN for Veteran's Express and manages both with utmost efficiency and care. Quynh hustles every day to make sure the veterans are taken care of. But even when she's on a mission, she will stop and lend a helping hand to veterans and her coworkers.

Today, while in the middle of her own task, she witnessed a veteran struggling with another PACT RN to get weighed. Quynh paused what she was doing and assisted this RN and veteran to safely obtain a weight and didn't resume her own task until she saw everything was okay. I've witnessed her daily assist lost veterans in the halls and help them find their way out. She's one of the busiest nurses, but she always takes the time to assist others. When other nurses ask for help on Teams, she is one of the first to offer assistance. She brings a vast knowledge and skill base to the North OKC CBOC and readily shares this with her coworkers. Quynh is a huge asset to the North OKC CBOC, and we are so lucky to work with her.
