I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for Rachael Elli's good treatment with us during the first day in the unit. I was feeling tired and anxious after my little daughter’s operation, and I was not at my best. Instead, I was uncooperative and criticized her work. Despite this, the nurse showed outstanding professionalism and extraordinary patience in dealing with me. She did her job perfectly and asked me kindly to arrange the bags of clothes and belongings, but I was tired and did not respond to her.

When I woke up in the morning, I was surprised to find all my bags and belongings arranged inside the closet. As my daughter’s condition improved, I felt ashamed of my previous behavior, and I felt that the nurse’s kindness and patience in those difficult moments were very important. I thank the nurse for everything she provided and did for us. She is truly an example of professionalism and humanity; thank you from my heart.
