Rachael helped us comfort our anxiety and settle down during pre-surgery phase when we were waiting on the cardiac surgeon's feedback and plan of action. She is one dedicated professional who made the patient and their family feel welcomed and comfortable. I had a major cardiac bypass surgery and we were already dealing with a lot, but Rachael's professionalism and kindness are a couple of the experiences we will take with us upon our discharge from the hospital.
